John J. Grimaldi & Associates has and continues to specialize in providing insurance counseling and servicing for Condominiums, Homeowners Associations and Co-op’s in Western New York for the past thirty-two years. During that time, we have assisted attorneys in the preparation of Community Association governing documents; worked closely with Associations and Property Managers in preparing insurance specifications and establishing claim procedures along with counseling unit owners in coordinating their coverage with the association's coverage. We are active members of the Community Associations Institute of Western New York, having served as past President of the Western New York chapter and instructor for the ABC’s Training Program. Presently over 175 Community Associations rely on John J. Grimaldi & Associates for their Insurance protection. Steven Grimaldi is one of only a handful of designated Community Insurance Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) throughout the whole country.
